Purchase of raw ingredients from local suppliers and producers where possible
Sale of Fairtrade food and drink where possible
Fully biodegradable /compostable environmentally friendly packaging
Healthy food, low in saturated fat, suitable for people with a range of allergies
All food is animal-free and therefore suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and meat eaters!
